I run small, personalised classes, which I modify to progress all movements and exercises to suit all levels from complete beginners to those with more experience and strength.
If you’ve never done Pilates before, I will slowly and methodically teach you the ‘Pilates Principles’ to ensure the following become a way of life:
- Efficient movement patterns
- Improved posture
- Heightened body awareness.

Beginners - These classes are suitable for anyone new to Pilates with little or no experience, where the focus will be to work on the core principles of Pilates. If you are looking to work at a slower pace and at different levels this class is for you.
Mixed Ability - These classes are designed for those who are more familiar with Pilates as the different levels offered will allow you to challenge yourself at the pace and level that suits you.
Intermediate - These classes require a good level of fitness as the exercises are designed to be harder and at a faster pace to allow you to challenge your muscles and mind more.
HIT Pilates - Is high intensity Pilates based training where you work harder and at a faster pace for an average of 30 minutes.
Pilates for Golfers - Specially adapted exercise programme that will help you optimise your performance and improve your game.

Pure Wave Pilates cannot accept any responsibility for any injuries or accidents incurred as a result of participating in any of the online classes.
Although Pilates is a safe form of exercise it involves various movements of the body, therefore, before each class please inform me of any specific problems or injuries you might have that I need to be aware of. It is your responsibility to be aware of your body and think about how each particular exercise is making you feel and if at any point you experience any pain please let me know.
