Hi, I’m Charlotte and I am a level 3 Pilates instructor and qualified Pilates instructor for golfers. I have been in the sports industry for the last 25 years as a player and as a coach. I have played sports almost all my life with the highlight of my career playing for the Woman’s England Lacrosse Team from 1994 – 2005. I continue to stay active playing tennis, golf and running as much as possible.
For the last 10 years I have also actively participated in Pilates classes which has helped me know my body and how to best use it. I understand how beneficial this has been to me in my everyday life to keep doing all the activities I enjoy.
This is why I am passionate to help you do the same and not be limited by your body, but to be in control and know instinctively when movement feels right. Daily life can alter our posture and movement patterns so that we no longer move with ease and efficiency. By focusing on our alignment, breathing and control through movement we can unwind the tension we may carry in our body and begin to feel more relaxed. From the solid foundation of movement, we can learn to move more efficiently as we build strength and gain stamina and enhance our performance and make a difference to our life.
